Your recordings stay with you
Observer Medical was designed around one rule: what happens in your office stays in your office.
- On the device, in your building. Audio and transcripts are kept on the device at your clinic. They are never sent to us or to any cloud.
- We cannot see or hear your recordings. Nothing the device records is ever sent to us.
- Patterns, not patients. It recognises your staff by voice. It never identifies patients.
- Keep what you want, for as long as you want. You decide how long recordings are kept, and you can delete them at any time.
- We sign your BAA. A Business Associate Agreement comes with every device, along with a ready-made section for your annual risk assessment. How HIPAA works with Observer Medical.
